Furthermore, with Mercury in the sign of Aries, a cardinal modality, these matters are likely to be influenced by events that begin with sudden flare-ups but can subside relatively quickly. Additionally, Aries, being a fire element, carries the potential for fiery and explosive events, possibly leading to conflict or, at worst, violence. On the positive side, fire can also unleash creative and imaginative forces.

In this chart, Mercury is in a trine aspect to the Moon, which is generally seen as favorable for the matters Mercury represents.
